Coply

Terms of Service

The agreement for using Coply.

Template notice. This is a starter agreement shipped with the product. Replace it with terms reviewed by your own legal counsel before launch.

Acceptable use

Coply is for parents and guardians who share responsibility for a child to coordinate schedules, messages, expenses, and documents with one another. Do not use Coply to harass, monitor without consent beyond what co-parenting coordination requires, or otherwise abuse another member of your family's account.

Not a legal or emergency service

Coply helps you keep a clear, shared record of co-parenting logistics and communication. It is not legal advice, is not a substitute for a custody order or court process, and is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number directly.

Availability

Coply depends on your device, network, and account permissions. We cannot guarantee that a message, notification, or sync will always be delivered instantly.
