Our approach
Coply collects the minimum needed to run shared co-parenting coordination for your family: account details, the custody/calendar and messaging content you and your co-parent create, and any documents, photos, or voice notes you choose to upload.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone (optional), and your family/child profile information.
- Shared family content — calendar events, messages and voice notes, expenses and receipts, documents, and journal entries you and your co-parent add.
- Payment data — subscription status is handled by the app store you subscribed through (Apple/Google); we do not store your card details.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not show your family's content to anyone outside your family without your consent, except where the law requires it or a court order compels it.
- We do not alter or delete a message once it's sent — it stays a reliable record for both parents.
Your controls
You can leave a family, hide (from your own view) a message you sent, delete documents you uploaded, and request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
